📋 Description

• Own MinIO's editorial strategy and content marketing end-to-end • Lead a comprehensive editorial strategy aligned with MinIO's corporate brand and narrative • Translate technical concepts and customer stories into compelling cross-channel storylines • Create, maintain, and drive the editorial calendar across all channels • Partner with web, PR, social media, brand marketing, communications, product marketing, and sales teams • Craft social posts, blog articles, video scripts, executive POVs, newsletters, and other demand-funnel assets • Serve as MinIO's brand copy editor • Storyboard and executive-produce video and visual storytelling • Develop blog and content strategies for product launches and major announcements • Manage content marketing agencies and contract resources as required • Own editorial and content KPIs, measurement systems, and the content budget • Deliver regular data-driven performance reporting • Leverage AI tools across writing, editing, and video production workflows • Provide senior oversight of content and champion the editorial function across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in editorial and content marketing, including 6+ years in a high-growth B2B technology, AI, or infrastructure software environment • Proven track record of scaling content programs with data demonstrating results • Exceptional writing and editing skills, including translating complex technical concepts into narratives for engineers, executives, industry press, and investors • Strong attention to detail • Deep hands-on experience across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube • Fluency in content management systems, marketing automation, and AI-assisted production tools • Strong working knowledge of SEO and generative engine optimization (GEO) best practices • Familiarity with AI, cloud computing, data infrastructure, or storage technologies • Sound judgment, strong project management instincts, and a collaborative, proactive approach
