📋 Description
• Responsible for leading the engineering delivery, integrations, Quality Engineering, operational governance, and continuous optimization of the organization’s enterprise application ecosystem. • Provides technical leadership across enterprise platforms including CRM, ecommerce, CMS, LMS, payment, integration, and supporting digital application ecosystems. • Collaborates closely with the Digital Platforms team to ensure enterprise platforms are scalable, integrated, secure, operationally mature, and capable of supporting evolving digital experience and business transformation initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline, required. • 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology leadership, software engineering, integrations, or Quality Engineering. • 10+ years of people leadership experience managing high-performing technical teams. • Experience leading enterprise application ecosystems within complex digital organizations. • Strong understanding of SDLC, SSDLC, CI/CD, DevSecOps, Agile delivery, and enterprise delivery governance. • Expert-level knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, middleware, and service-layer architectures.
