📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of the coding quality program • Monitor QA scores for offshore coding resources • Provide feedback to operations teams • Analyze trends from reviews to identify educational needs • Develop and implement client-specific QA plans • Prepare client-facing reports • Collaborate with business units to support client requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of coding experience • 1-2 years of leadership experience • 3 years of quality assurance auditing experience • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required • Highly organized and task-oriented • Strong analytical skills with expertise in documentation review and data analysis • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Solution-oriented mindset • Strong decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to direct and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders • Effective leadership capabilities
