📋 Description

• Explore new business opportunities and prospects within a designated territory • Make contact with prospects and resolve problems • Record new prospects in the database • Represent ISCO within industry, trade, or professional associations to develop and promote positive relationships • Research solutions for prospect and customer needs using available sales tools • Communicate the value of ISCO products and services through interactions with prospects • Develop accounts and build customer relationships • Form alliances and partner with customers to maximize revenue opportunities • Improve customer satisfaction and develop positive business relationships • Prepare sales information, customer quotes, market analyses, and sales expense reports for management • Engage in collection of receivables as necessary • Coordinate sales efforts with the customer service associate • Research, prepare presentations and reports for, and attend sales meetings • Make decisions and negotiate pricing for various sales efforts • Perform other duties as deemed necessary
