📋 Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making • Translate business requirements into prioritized features, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Drive adoption and business value realization for data products and analytics solutions • Lead end-to-end delivery of Finance Premiums related projects • Act as the functional and technical liaison between Policy Administration business teams and engineering teams • Drive requirements gathering and solution design workshops • Ensure accurate translation of policy administration data into enterprise reporting and analytics solutions • Coordinate multiple workstreams across Data Engineering, Architecture, QA, Product, Business, and Vendor teams • Establish governance processes to ensure successful execution and timely delivery • Manage program risks, mitigation plans, issue resolution, and escalation processes • Lead Agile planning activities • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across program delivery teams • Provide technical leadership, program governance, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight from program inception through production deployment

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise technology and data solutions • 5+ years of Product Owner, Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Delivery Lead experience • 3+ years working with Guidewire PolicyCenter • Proven experience leading insurance data transformation programs • Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives and cross-functional teams • Deep expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter and Guidewire Data Model • Experience with Snowflake, DBT (Data Build Tool), Apache Airflow, SQL, Python, and data modeling • Experience with AWS services including S3, Glue, and Lambda • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git/GitHub, and DevOps practices • Knowledge of DB2, SQL Server, and Oracle database technologies • Must be eligible to work remotely in the United States
