📋 Description

• Lead delivery across multiple concurrent client engagements, owning scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholders • Take on the toughest, highest-visibility projects in the portfolio • Act as a consultative partner to clients by anticipating problems, guiding decisions, and protecting outcomes • Set and hold delivery standards using internal processes, tooling, and artifacts such as backlogs, schedules, status, and governance • Mentor and level up other project managers and delivery team members • Serve as a subject-matter expert and model for effective project management • Manage billable/utilization targets while balancing several clients

🎯 Requirements

• 6 years of project management experience in professional services or consulting delivery • 6 years running multiple concurrent client engagements • Active Top Secret federal security clearance • Experience supporting Department of War (DoW) clients or programs • Demonstrated success leading complex, high-risk, or high-visibility projects to successful outcomes • Strong command of traditional and agile delivery, including backlog management, iteration planning, and product-owner collaboration • Fluency in Jira and Confluence • Track record of following and enforcing standard delivery processes • Comfort in a lean, fast-changing environment • PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent preferred • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe, or comparable agile credential preferred • Atlassian accreditations, including Jira and Confluence, preferred • Relevant AI-delivery or tooling accreditations preferred • Must be willing to participate in and successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug testing • Must be authorized to work in the United States
