📋 Description

• Lead strategic projects from initiation to completion, aligned with business objectives and measurable outcomes • Partner with executive leadership and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria • Build project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies • Identify risks and dependencies and develop mitigation strategies • Facilitate cross-functional alignment and communication • Follow Strategic PMO governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices • Report project status, milestones, and roadblocks to senior leadership • Use data-driven insights to improve project delivery and decision-making • Drive continuous improvement within the PMO to strengthen operational efficiency and strategic impact

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience • 4+ years of project management experience focused on strategic and enterprise-level initiatives • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a corporate and/or higher-education environment • Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, Critical Path, and Hybrid project management methodologies • Experience with Planner, Monday.com, or equivalent project management tools • Experience in change management, business process improvement, and organizational transformation initiatives • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills • Employment contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen • Master's degree or MBA preferred • PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification highly desirable • Agile certification, such as Scrum Master or SAFe, a plus
