📋 Description

• Partner closely with cross-functional business stakeholders to scope strategic initiatives • Lead the end-to-end execution of complex, technical projects by establishing project milestones • Facilitate regular syncs and communication channels across technical and non-technical teams • Continuous evaluation of core systems to identify opportunities to maximize application capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience managing technical programs, complex software projects, or enterprise systems implementations • Proven track record of translating ambiguous business requests into structured, execution-ready technical documentation • Proficient in utilizing project management and issue-tracking platforms (e.g., JIRA) • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize competing high-impact initiatives • A dedicated team player who excels at building consensus
