📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end, high-impact usability and UX research studies • Conduct foundational research to inform product and design strategy across complex initiatives • Analyze qualitative research data from usability tests, interviews, participatory design, and heuristic evaluations • Synthesize qualitative findings with quantitative and behavioral data • Translate research findings into actionable insights and design recommendations • Identify patterns, synergies, and broader opportunities across projects • Communicate research insights through clear storytelling to developers, executives, and other partners • Use approved AI tools for study setup, analysis, synthesis, desk research, survey drafting, and reporting • Design and evaluate research for agentic, conversational, and personalized AI experiences • Support responsible AI practices, including participant data and PII handling, model limitation and bias awareness, disclosure, and human validation • Maintain an organized, accessible, and AI-queryable research knowledge base • Connect research insights to product, design, and engineering workflows • Act as a thought partner in discovery, strategy, and problem framing • Navigate ambiguity across priorities, workstreams, and problem spaces • Mentor researchers and designers • Evaluate and help adopt emerging research methods, AI tools, and ways of working • Attend internal practice community meetings and itD networking events • Collaborate on industry thought leadership, client case studies, learning materials, and Digital Transformation practice materials • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating digital product research experience across mobile and/or omnichannel experiences • 5–8+ years of experience in UX research, product research, or a related research role • Practical experience using research tools, AI-enabled workflows, or emerging methods to improve research quality, speed, or impact • Experience leading complex research initiatives that influence product, design, and cross-functional strategy
