📋 Description

• Own the full Amazon P&L, including revenue, margin, and profitable sustainable growth • Define the multi-year Amazon vision, roadmap, operating structure, people, partners, and capabilities • Build and manage the Amazon calendar of launches, promotions, deals, and seasonal moments • Direct the external Amazon agency relationship, setting strategy, prioritizing work, and managing KPIs • Serve as the internal Amazon authority across commercial, brand, creative, finance, and operations teams • Own Amazon SEO, search algorithm optimization, catalog content, A+ content, brand store, enhanced content, and new listing launches • Monitor and resolve listing and account health issues, including Buy Box, suppressions, and compliance • Own Amazon creative strategy and contribute to paid media ad creative • Oversee Amazon advertising across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP • Design and run test-and-learn programs across listings, creative, and campaigns • Monitor and adjust ad investment to maximize ROI and achieve sales and profitability targets • Analyze Amazon metrics including CVR, Buy Box, RoAS, ACoS, TACoS, ASP, and NTB • Partner with demand planning and operations on forecasting, in-stock rates, and FBA inventory management • Balance inventory investment against sell-through and profitability while minimizing stockouts and excess inventory • Troubleshoot shipments, reconciliation, and chargebacks affecting account health or P&L • Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback to inform product, content, and customer experience improvements • Deliver executive-level channel reporting and strategic recommendations • Represent Amazon in leadership forecasting and commercial reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Amazon account management/eCommerce, ideally in beauty, CPG, or a similarly fast-moving, competitive category • Track record of owning a P&L and driving profitable, sustainable growth—not just sales volume • Deep hands-on knowledge of Amazon SEO, listing optimization, and Amazon advertising (Sponsored Products/Brands/Display; DSP a plus) • Working knowledge of FBA inventory management and demand forecasting • Experience directing an agency or freelance partner • Sharp analytical instincts and comfort working directly with data • Point of view on creative and what performs on Amazon • Excellent executive communication skills • Bias toward action and ability to set strategy while doing hands-on work
