• Maintain key client communications • Deliver clear guidelines for the team to follow when executing a project • Review product delivery to make sure it meets client expectations • Raise flags when projects shift off track or are unlikely to meet expectations • Bring the team together when focus is required to solve key problems in a timely manner • Build requirements and 'definition of done' for new projects and added scope
