📋 Description

• Administer and maintain the Panaya Test Management environment, including test databases, users, roles, and permissions • Create, organize, and load test cases and test cycles into Panaya • Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, and detailed test steps with Project Managers and Business Experts • Coordinate end-to-end testing activities across multiple SAP applications and business teams • Manage testing schedules, resources, dependencies, deliverables, and execution progress • Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing activities • Manage the defect lifecycle, including tracking, prioritization, follow-up, and coordination through resolution • Monitor testing progress and provide status reporting, metrics, risks, and issues to project leadership, Business Experts, and IT teams • Coordinate testing of interfaces between SAP and external enterprise systems • Ensure environments, applications, and interfaces are available and properly connected for testing • Collaborate with SAP functional teams, technical teams, business users, and third-party application teams throughout the testing lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of SAP testing / QA experience • Hands-on experience with Panaya, preferably including Test Manager or administrative responsibilities • Experience creating and managing test plans, test cycles, test cases, and test execution • Strong understanding of SAP systems and SAP interfaces • Experience with defect management and defect-resolution coordination • Experience coordinating testing across multiple technical and business teams • Strong Microsoft Excel skills • Excellent communication, organization, and status-reporting skills • Fluent Spanish and English – required • Preferred experience with SAP ECC • Preferred experience with SAP GATP / Demand Planning • Preferred experience with SAP PO • Preferred experience with EDI integrations • Preferred experience with Warehouse Management / Warehouse Systems • Preferred experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) • Preferred experience with end-to-end SAP interface and integration testing
