📋 Description

• Educate on the Prevention & Care portfolio and sell to existing and new dental offices within a specified geography • Call on company-authorized dealers in the assigned territory • Develop business partnerships with dealers and their sales representatives • Direct and develop distributors and dealers to sell Ivoclar Prevention & Care solutions • Introduce new products and promotions and gain market share through these programs • Educate practitioners on how to soft-sell products to patients • Advise dental office staff on changes that create opportunities for business growth and a higher standard of care • Collaborate with the Ivoclar territory sales representative • Develop dental professionals as referrals and customers in the assigned territory • Participate in and sell at local, regional, and national dental trade shows and seminars • Sell the Clinical product line to dental schools in the assigned territory • Develop business relationships with dental school directors and chairpersons • Leverage continuing education programs to build awareness, establish credibility, and influence office adoption • Introduce Ivoclar Prevention & Care products to government dental facility personnel • Maintain an effective and current sales plan, including sales programs, competitive products, and environmental analysis

🎯 Requirements

• College degree in Dental Hygiene • Clinical hygiene experience • Dental sales experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills • A valid driver’s license • Ability to obtain a credit card • Ability to travel overnight and for multi-day business needs • Ability to regularly utilize proven and demonstrated entrepreneurial skills to resolve challenges and/or create opportunities • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis • Position is not eligible for employer-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
