📋 Description

• Own end-to-end administration of NetSuite, UKG, Adaptive Insights, Numeric, and Zip, including configuration, workflows, integration health, and maintenance • Set standards for system configuration, access, and change management across stakeholders • Own access protocols for restricted financial and HR data, including provisioning, permissions, and quarterly access reviews • Partner with Finance, Accounting, and People stakeholders to translate business needs into configurations, workflows, and process improvements • Lead the systems layer of cross-functional projects end-to-end • Partner with the Systems team on Tray.io integrations and with FinTech engineering on technical initiatives affecting Finance, Accounting, or People systems • Build and use AI and automation tooling to eliminate manual work • Maintain documentation of system configurations, workflows, and change decisions • Serve as the senior individual-contributor voice on system decisions without direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration • Deep NetSuite configuration experience across roles, workflows, and permissions • Experience leading NetSuite changes end-to-end at a comparable-stage company • Hands-on administration of a modern payroll platform such as UKG, ADP, Workday Payroll, Paylocity, or similar • Payroll configuration experience including earnings and deduction codes, GL mapping, and close-adjacent troubleshooting • Concrete AI/automation work shipped in the last 6–12 months that measurably eliminated manual effort; must provide 2–3 examples with before/after impact • Direct administration experience across multiple financial systems beyond NetSuite • Experience partnering with Accounting, Finance, and People teams • Experience translating business needs into system configurations and improvements at a senior level • Ability to manage access in financial and HR systems, including user provisioning, role changes, and quarterly access reviews • Ability to explain systems changes to non-technical stakeholders without jargon • Ability to create useful documentation • Start-to-finish ownership and ability to propose solutions and close the loop • Nice-to-have: HRIS administration experience with HiBob, BambooHR, Workday HCM, or similar • Nice-to-have: familiarity with Tray.io or comparable iPaaS/middleware platforms • Nice-to-have: prior experience as the senior systems administrator at a high-growth company
