📋 Description

• Lead development of new and existing end-user customers for packaging solutions in Food & Beverage, Healthcare, and e-fulfillment markets • Develop opportunities at multi-location end users • Collaborate with the packaging sales team and inside sales resources on new opportunities with end users and channel partners • Determine sales goals and use resources and tactics to meet or exceed sales objectives • Support relationships with key personnel at multiple levels in the buying process • Attain territory sales goals and generate leads for new business • Provide input into short- and long-term growth targets aligned with business plans and strategies • Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards • Follow safety policies, identify hazards, and contribute to continuous EHS improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) • Three (3) years of field sales experience independently managing a specified territory • Current, valid driver’s license • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status • Master’s degree in Business or Sales Development preferred as an additional qualification • Experience within the packaging industry working through distribution preferred as an additional qualification • Five (5) years of professional field sales experience and collaboration responsibilities preferred as an additional qualification
