📋 Description

• Educate dental offices on the Prevention & Care portfolio and sell solutions to existing and new offices within an assigned geography • Call on authorized dealers in the assigned territory • Develop business partnerships with dealers and their sales representatives • Direct and develop distributors and dealers to sell Ivoclar Prevention & Care solutions • Introduce new products and promotions and grow market share • Advise practitioners and office staff on soft-selling products to patients • Advise staff on changes that can grow office business and improve patient care • Collaborate with the Ivoclar territory sales representative • Develop dental professionals as referrals and customers • Participate in and sell at local, regional, and national dental trade shows and seminars • Sell the Clinical product line to dental schools and build relationships with directors and chairpersons • Leverage continuing education programs to build awareness, credibility, and office adoption • Introduce products to personnel at government dental facilities • Maintain a current sales plan including sales programs, competitive products, and environmental analysis

🎯 Requirements

• College degree • Clinical hygiene experience • Dental sales experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills • Valid driver’s license • Ability to obtain a credit card • Ability to travel overnight and for multi-day business needs • Entrepreneurial skills to resolve challenges and create opportunities • Legally authorized to work permanently in the United States • Not eligible for employer-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
