📋 Description

• Serve as a clinical point of contact for referring providers and internal teams. • Build trusted relationships with physicians, nurses, and care teams at partner accounts. • Review and interpret clinical documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy. • Coordinate and validate clinical documentation required for authorizations. • Identify gaps or inconsistencies in clinical records and work with providers to resolve them. • Manage a portfolio of patients through referral, authorization, and treatment initiation. • Support complex clinical questions related to infusion therapies and patient readiness. • Partner with Business Development Managers to support account planning and satisfaction. • Collaborate with Prior Authorization, Pre-Registration, Field Operations, and clinical teams. • Provide clinical insights that help improve workflows, outcomes, and provider engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing. • 3+ years of clinical or healthcare experience (infusion, care coordination, or prior authorization preferred). • Strong clinical literacy and comfort reviewing medical records and clinical notes. • Experience using EMR systems such as Epic, Athena, or similar platforms. • Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail. • Professional, confident communication with providers and internal stakeholders. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
