• Lead end-to-end delivery of RPO client programs, from intake through offer — maintaining quality and pace across all active requisitions. • Direct and develop the project delivery team — setting clear expectations, providing coaching, and holding the team accountable to program standards. • Drive proactive sourcing strategies — LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS pipelines, direct outreach — tailored to each client’s talent market. • Maintain ATS data integrity and ensure the candidate experience reflects Pasona’s commitment to quality throughout every stage. • Serve as the primary relationship owner between Pasona and the client — the trusted point of contact for all program matters. • Lead regular client status meetings — pipeline reviews, data insights, hiring manager alignment, and strategic recommendations. • Support program expansion, contract scoping, and renewal conversations in partnership with RPO leadership.
• 4–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in an RPO, embedded, or multi-client delivery environment. • Experience leading or coordinating a recruiting team — setting direction, tracking output, and developing others. • Demonstrated client relationship ownership — status reporting, stakeholder management, and issue resolution without escalating everything up. • Proficiency in ATS platforms (JazzHR, Jobvite, Lever, Appyhere, or similar) and comfort presenting recruiting data to client leadership. • Strong organizational skills — able to manage multiple competing priorities across clients, requisitions, and internal stakeholders simultaneously.
