📋 Description

• develop and implement category strategies aligned with company goals • lead strategic sourcing activities including RFI, RFP, and negotiation processes • identify and qualify new suppliers • collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and finance teams • monitor commodity markets and technology advances to identify risks and opportunities • drive cost reduction initiatives within assigned categories • ensure compliance with purchasing policies • resolve complex supply chain issues • prepare and present category performance reports

• developing and executing comprehensive category strategies • market analysis and spend analysis • leading strategic sourcing activities • identifying, evaluating, and qualifying new suppliers • strong relationships and supplier performance management • monitoring commodity markets and supply chain trends • driving cost reduction initiatives and value engineering projects • ensuring compliance with purchasing policies and procedures • managing contracts and service level agreements • preparing and presenting category performance reports
