📋 Description

• Conduct thorough audits of incoming invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness • Verify pricing, quantities, terms, and conditions against established contracts, agreements, and internal records • Identify and investigate discrepancies, errors, and potential fraudulent activities in invoices • Collaborate with procurement, accounts payable, operations, and external vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and relevant regulatory requirements • Maintain accurate and organized records of audited invoices and related documentation • Prepare reports on audit findings, including recommendations for process improvements • Assist in developing and implementing internal controls related to invoice processing • Participate in periodic reviews and updates of invoice audit procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, auditing, or a similar financial role, preferably in a manufacturing or global company setting • Strong understanding of invoicing processes, accounts payable principles, and general accounting practices • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies • Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
