📋 Description

• Design and develop test systems and procedures for hardware validation during manufacturing processes • Create test plans, test cases, and test scripts for motherboards, memory, CPUs, storage devices, and PCIe devices • Create, validate, release, and maintain test software and scripts that automate testing • Develop code for controlling test equipment, collecting and analyzing data, and generating test reports • Support and maintain manufacturing server (L10) and rack (L11-L12) level test software and infrastructure at production facilities • Implement minor system configuration changes for new product variants or revisions • Maintain comprehensive manufacturing server and rack documentation of test procedures, specifications, and infrastructure • Collaborate with hardware engineers, manufacturing engineers, and quality assurance personnel • Contribute to end-to-end architecture, definition, development, and production deployment of software applications and infrastructure • Interface with internal engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams and end customers

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field is preferred; relevant experience will also be considered • 5-8 years’ experience in a software role related to manufacturing test development/sustaining with enterprise server, storage or networking products is required • Experience with Python, Java, and BASH; C and C++ experience is a plus • Expertise in Linux fundamentals, including CentOS and Ubuntu • Experience with IPMI, Redfish, mprime, FIO, Linpack, ptugen, memtester, and iperf • Experience with server hardware interaction, validation, and configuration • Experience creating and configuring DHCP, PXE boot, and nginx virtual machines using VMWare • Knowledge of enterprise Ethernet datacenter switching/routing L1, L2, and L3, including BGP, DHCP Relay, and ECMP • Experience with code versioning tools; Git preferred • Strong knowledge of professional software engineering practices across the complete software development life cycle • Experience working in multi-site and multi-cultural environments • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% • Master’s Degree in EE/CE or Computer Science is preferred • 10+ years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry is preferred • Experience with test architecture design and methodology is preferred • Experience with hyperscale customers and environments is preferred • Experience with 5+ core skills described above is preferred
