📋 Description

• Generate sales from new or existing customers within the Healthcare Sales organization • Ensure customer trust and satisfaction • Maintain contact with customers at multiple levels to drive new business growth • Focus on Diagnostic and Medical Device customers • Leverage healthcare manufacturing solutions knowledge and experience to drive organic and vertical-to-virtual solutions • Define, develop, and implement a sales strategy aligned with corporate sales direction • Qualify new potential customers with Senior Management guidance • Understand work cell and business unit strategies as they pertain to sales • Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, Business Units, and Engineering to build growth solutions • Use Salesforce to target new customers • Prepare timely sales forecasts and monitor customer sales strategies • Compare forecast results with historical actuals for trend assessment and analysis • Create customer/product penetration strategies based on product lifecycle analysis • Communicate customer requirements to support development of services and operational capabilities • Develop RFQ analyses and present formal presentations to customers • Ensure profitability and RONA targets within each quote • Promote Jabil’s capabilities, footprint, and services • Lead commercial negotiations with new customers • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Healthcare contract manufacturing and or OEM expertise related to growing sales • Successful track record of growing sales and leveraging customer rolodex • Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and communicate regarding technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents • Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors • Ability to interact at multiple levels within an account and establish or leverage long-term relationships • Ability to act in the best interest of the client and company to provide sustainable and credible solutions • Ability to understand and negotiate from a PnL • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists • Strong financial and analytical ability • Proficiency in managing business analytics to determine optimum solution • Strong and convincing communication skills • Proficiency in personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), and e-mail • 30–40% travel • Bachelor’s degree in business or related area preferred • 5–7 years Jabil, OEM, or comparable contract manufacturing experience preferred, or a combination of education, experience, and/or training
