• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level growth programs, including new site builds, site expansions, and facilities readiness • Manage programs from requirements definition through site launch and operational handoff • Gather and translate project requirements, objectives, and customer needs into executable plans • Establish milestones, goals, and objectives aligned with customer and business needs • Develop and manage integrated program plans covering scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and change management using PMI standards • Coordinate with functional project managers and project coordinators to integrate detailed project schedules • Manage execution to completion against approved schedules and baselines • Lead cross-functional enterprise teams across Facilities & Engineering, Manufacturing & Operations, IT/Systems, Supply Chain & Procurement, Finance, Legal, Human Resources, and Business Units/Commercial • Serve as primary interface with customers, vendors, stakeholders, and project sponsors • Manage capital expenditure requests, resource allocation, travel, training, budgets, labor requirements, capacity, and time tracking • Define and monitor project-specific KPIs • Develop risk analyses and mitigation plans; identify problems and implement alternative solutions • Analyze and report program status, issues, outcomes, risks, opportunities, and improvement areas to leadership • Identify cost-reduction opportunities and drive continuous improvement through metrics, trend analysis, and best-practice sharing • Design stakeholder communications and facilitate training for enterprise initiatives and program implementation • Anticipate customer needs, resolve issues, and coach others through complex decision-making • Comply with company security policies, procedures, and governance requirements • Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities
• 8+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional, enterprise-level programs • Proven experience delivering facilities-driven or capital-intensive initiatives, including site builds, expansions, and infrastructure programs • Ability to translate requirements into executable plans and drive delivery across matrixed teams • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required • Expertise applying PMI standards and methodologies across the full project lifecycle • Experience supporting product launches or large-scale growth initiatives • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
