• Provide strategic and operational leadership for end-to-end supply chain operations supporting a key aerospace customer. • Recruit, develop, and retain supply chain talent, including managers and key operational leaders. • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management. • Develop succession plans and leadership pipelines. • Establish goals, metrics, and accountability measures. • Lead large and geographically dispersed teams. • Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with customer requirements and business objectives. • Lead and optimize demand planning, procurement and sourcing, inventory management, logistics and transportation, warehousing and distribution, supplier management, and materials management. • Drive operational performance through KPI management, trend analysis, forecasting, and continuous improvement. • Partner with customer stakeholders to achieve service, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. • Support business growth through scalable processes, systems, and operational best practices. • Identify cost-reduction and operational-efficiency opportunities. • Drive productivity improvements through process optimization, automation, and elimination of non-value-added activities. • Develop and manage forecasts for resources, capacity, inventory, and operational requirements. • Monitor departmental expenses and operational performance. • Serve as a trusted partner to a key aerospace customer. • Collaborate with global Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and other functional teams. • Communicate strategy, performance, risks, and improvement opportunities to senior leadership. • Act as an escalation point for operational and customer-related challenges.
• Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field. • 12+ years of progressive supply chain experience across all major supply chain functions, including planning, procurement, logistics, transportation, warehousing, inventory management, supplier management, and materials operations. • 4+ years of people management experience leading managers, supervisors, and/or large operational teams. • Demonstrated success leading supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment. • Experience managing customer relationships and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. • Ability to travel 50% or more to support operations and customer activities in El Paso, TX. • Experience supporting aerospace and defense customers and regulated manufacturing environments preferred. • Bilingual English/Spanish skills strongly preferred. • Experience managing cross-border supply chain operations between the United States and Mexico, including transportation, customs, trade compliance, and material flow optimization.
