📋 Description

• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary manufacturing test projects from start to finish • Plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate with cross-functional partners • Explain team analyses and recommendations to executives and discuss technical tradeoffs with engineers • Interface with internal engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams and end customers • Facilitate and lead test initiatives for defined internal or external customers or users • Own project schedules, project management, and performance requirements for infrastructure, test development, and framework-level projects • Capture, validate, and translate NPI test project requirements into actionable plans • Clarify objectives, technical specifications, and deliverables for Infrastructure, SUT, RUT, and GCTD projects • Develop project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation • Drive NPI test project tasks to completion while meeting schedules, quality standards, and scope • Coordinate Infrastructure NRE planning, material procurement with third-party suppliers, and implementation • Partner with factory teams for new product introduction readiness and transition to production • Serve as primary liaison between internal and external customers throughout the project lifecycle • Facilitate engagement from requirements gathering through factory acceptance • Review and validate schedules, track milestones, identify variances, and implement corrective actions • Provide status reports covering issues, resolutions, and project health • Triage technical bugs and feature requests with engineering teams • Prioritize issues, allocate resources, and monitor resolution progress • Manage GCTD test resource capacity and time tracking for NPI projects • Optimize resource utilization • Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across the test department and global facilities • Mentor and coach team members • Drive process improvements for project delivery and operational excellence • Deliver project updates and ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and governance frameworks • Participate in strategic planning and departmental initiatives • Perform other duties as assigned • Report to Management

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of Jabil operating policies and procedures required • Expert knowledge of Jabil’s culture and guiding principles • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred • Adept at navigating country cultures, company divisions, and internal hierarchies • Collaboration with employees in all Jabil facilities and job roles • Proficiency with personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), and e-mail • Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum ten (10) years of work-related experience in project management or related discipline required • Equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience accepted • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience working in multi-site and multi-cultural environments • Domestic and/or international travel up to 25–30% required
