📋 Description

• Align assigned customers’ technology road maps with Jabil’s technology road map • Sell Jabil’s value-add services, including design, layout, and Global Operations Services • Develop and grow business through profitable design wins and flawless execution • Provide management and guidance to multifunctional project teams • Manage and enhance customer relationships • Serve as the single point of contact for customer design-related activities • Maintain accountability for project budgets and schedules • Develop, manage, and deliver highly complex technology projects • Develop complex Statements of Work, business proposals, project schedules, and financials • Manage multiple global projects and design service agreements • Present and sell Jabil technology to assigned customers or programs • Act as the main escalation point between Jabil Design and the mass-production business unit • Own primary customer relationships with design and central engineering groups • Establish strategic direction for Jabil Design and Product Development teams • Increase customer exposure to Jabil Technology Services • Serve as primary contact for early supplier involvement in new customer R&D projects • Identify business unit strategic and technical direction • Monitor costs and cost trends to improve value • Manage Jabil Design forecast and workcell statement processes • Manage the business unit global technical team • Manage Jabil development operations for a particular customer • Manage the Accretive Return on Design (AROD) program

🎯 Requirements

• Lithium Ion knowledge • Cell manufacturing process experience • Excellent communication skills • Excellent technical skills in engineering, R&D, product design/development, and technology road maps • Knowledge and good understanding of Jabil Design and Technology Services • Strong financial skills and aptitude, including balance sheets and income statements • Strong operational knowledge, including manufacturing and supply chain • Knowledge of Jabil tools, including financial system, AROD, and quote process • Contract knowledge fundamentals • Leadership and people-management skills • Strong customer service skills and experience • Proficient computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications • Strong project management skills • Bachelor's Degree required • Six (6) to eight (8) years of work-related experience required, preferably in Engineering or Technology fields • Equivalent combination of education, training, or experience accepted
