📋 Description

• Lead strategic growth, business development, and distribution execution across military retail channels • Own the sales strategy for key government and military accounts, including DeCA, AAFES, NEXCOM, MCX, and CGX • Maximize sales volume, net revenue, and category share for Link Snacks products within the military channel • Manage direct relationships with military/government buyers, broker networks, and broker partners • Unlock new distribution placements and optimize product shelf presentation • Achieve top-line and bottom-line sales and profit goals • Develop DSMP (Distribution, Shelving, Merchandising, Pricing) plans • Align customer strategies with annual business plans and develop 1–3-year strategic customer plans • Communicate transparently and timely with internal teams, customers, and brokers • Expand Link Snacks’ in-store presence through channel-specific business opportunities • Analyze customer data and develop action plans to achieve sales goals • Collaborate with Demand Planning, RGM, and Sales Strategy on category and channel strategies • Create and present information compellingly and persuasively • Build relationships across customer organizations and Link Snacks departments • Manage deduction and accounts receivable issues • Train and lead the broker network where applicable • Conduct store audits, set up promotional displays, and attend trade shows • Partner with remote Sales Managers to share consumer insights, align pricing guardrails, and implement national brand campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years of CPG experience within the industry • 3+ years of direct sales experience in military channels • Strong communication and presentation skills • Solid MS Office skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Ability to travel approximately 30%–40% depending on business needs • Must be able to regularly lift, carry, and maneuver 25 or more pounds • Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, and lift for extended periods • Ability to work from a dedicated home office • E-Verify employment authorization verification for newly hired employees
