📋 Description

• Review sales contracts to ensure proper products are included and send contracts for ordering • Provide feedback to the Jacuzzi Sales team about incorrect measurements and pricing discrepancies • Conduct introductory calls with new customers about ordered products and schedule tentative installation dates • Assist with scheduling customer service and repair work and provide updates • Operate ERP systems to create customer change orders • Review quality standards and customer satisfaction/reviews in a timely manner • Provide excellent customer service to current and past clients • Assist customers throughout the sales and installation process • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Customer service and data entry experience • High attention to detail • Basic computer knowledge • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Construction or sales contract review experience preferred • Reliable and efficient • Ability to work Monday–Friday and every other Saturday from 9:30–6:00 PST
