📋 Description

• Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with company objectives • Build a shared-services IT model supporting multiple business units • Collaborate with leaders across Operations, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Customer Service • Translate business needs into technology solutions and communicate technical concepts in clear business terms • Provide executive leadership updates on IT performance, projects, risks, and strategic initiatives • Design the IT organization for Jacuzzi Bath, including roles, structure, and reporting lines • Create a phased hiring plan aligned with business growth • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team • Establish IT key performance indicators • Determine the balance between internal resources and outsourced services • Promote a customer-focused IT approach • Oversee IT service management processes, including incident, change, and problem management • Standardize systems and processes while reducing manual work and inefficiencies • Improve and automate key operational workflows • Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies • Manage enterprise applications including ERP, CRM, financial, HRIS, manufacturing, and project management systems • Lead system implementations, upgrades, and integrations • Establish data governance, reporting, and analytics capabilities • Ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with organizational needs • Develop and manage the IT budget and long-term technology investment plans • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, service agreements, and strategic partnerships • Monitor IT spending and identify cost savings and operational efficiency opportunities • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an executive position • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma • Experience supporting manufacturing, construction, building products, home services, distribution, or related industries preferred • Experience in private-equity-backed organizations preferred • Strong experience leading ERP and CRM implementations and optimization efforts • Knowledge of cybersecurity, risk management, business continuity, and disaster recovery • Proven success delivering process improvements and measurable business results • Experience managing vendors, contracts, and technology budgets • Must be willing to travel as needed
