📋 Description

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Jamf’s business continuity management program • Own day-to-day disaster recovery operations and drive orchestrated recovery execution • Develop, maintain, and improve disaster recovery documentation and runbooks with Product Development & Delivery • Advise Product Development & Delivery leaders on disaster recovery operations and strategy • Engineer and operate disaster recovery solutions across AWS and Azure using cloud-native recovery patterns • Manage the annual disaster recovery roadmap and exercise calendar • Coordinate and facilitate disaster recovery tests, evidence collection, and reporting • Plan and lead functional disaster recovery exercises and embed lessons learned into documentation • Lead disaster recovery operations during activations, including notification, escalation, and recovery coordination • Maintain business continuity website and shared-drive information and communicate program updates, training, and regulatory changes • Align continuity and resilience strategies with business and engineering objectives • Validate disaster recovery strategies, patterns, and runbooks against architecture standards and infrastructure plans • Maintain audit-ready evidence aligned with SOX, GDPR, DORA, NIST, and ISO 27001/27000 • Monitor global threats, risks, and events and alert relevant stakeholders • Provide on-call 7x24 escalation and support for global incidents or crises • Manage the global emergency notification system and annual testing

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in business continuity and disaster recovery, including program ownership, DR exercise leadership, and infrastructure or application architecture in multi-cloud environments such as AWS and Azure • Working knowledge of operating systems, networking, cloud technology, and security tools • Understanding of relevant security and infrastructure standards and regulations • Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance such as DORA, NIST, ISO 27701/27000, ISO 22301, and SOX (preferred) • Experience with chaos and cloud engineering and AI-assisted testing or recovery validation (preferred) • Experience with BC/DR planning software and notification systems (preferred) • Experience in emergency management, incident management, and reporting (preferred) • Experience communicating with executives in a crisis and continuity capacity (preferred) • Ability to influence and collaborate across functional teams without direct authority • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to translate disaster recovery risk and strategy for executive and technical audiences • Ability to lead multiple projects autonomously with strong analytical and problem-solving skills • 4-year/bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, a related field, or business administration, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience • Relevant business continuity, disaster recovery, or resilience certification such as CBCP, CBRITP, or MBCI (preferred)
