📋 Description

• Own full-cycle executive search for Senior Sales Executive roles in the US market • Take on other executive-level searches across the business as they arise • Develop a deep understanding of Janea's business model, client profile, and competitive landscape • Build and maintain a warm network of Senior Sales and GTM talent in the US • Design and execute multi-touch outreach strategies calibrated to senior, passive candidates • Run structured, consistent assessment processes • Manage candidate experience across the full funnel • Track and report on search progress, pipeline health, and market intelligence

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record running senior or executive-level searches independently • Deep familiarity with the US Sales talent market • Ability to own and manage a full search process • Strong executive presence and communication skills • High degree of self-sufficiency and accountability • Strong written English
