📋 Description

• Lead scientific team members assigned to oncology assets from discovery through regulatory approval • Manage the oncology pharmacology team and serve as lead on oncology programs • Establish efficacy in relevant disease models and determine PK/PD/efficacy relationships • Communicate relevant research at internal and external forums • Collaborate with CROs to outsource studies and manage timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. in biology, biochemistry, immunology, pharmacology, or related discipline • Industry experience evaluating therapeutic potential of drug candidates • Deep expertise in oncology drug development • Extensive experience in Immuno Oncology (I/O) • Experience working with multiple drug modalities including small molecules, biologics, ADCs, bi-specifics, T cell engagers, and gene therapies • Strong understanding of pharmacology, toxicology, DMPK, and clinical pharmacology • Leadership experience and strong interpersonal skills • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously
