📋 Description

• Work directly with customers on site at their food production facilities • Gather and prioritize customer requirements while on site • Assess customer production lines and provide feedback for process improvement • Locate necessary information and resources and explore options • Identify solutions and manipulate portioning system software to meet customer needs • Measure data, analyze trends, and communicate results • Coordinate customer visits based on department priorities and strategic programs • Report directly to the DSI Application Manager • Support automated waterjet portioning, trimming, and sorting solutions for food processors

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree in Engineering, Food Science, Poultry Science, or Meat Science • 1+ years of experience with technical concepts involving computers, software, and robotics principles • Ability to creatively translate customer requirements into practical applications • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future • Ability to travel approximately 90% of the time
