📋 Description

• Act as an on-site project leader to plan, execute, and complete Electronic Security projects with assigned customers • Perform or delegate system programming, integration, installation coordination, system and network commissioning, and project closeout • Develop project plans and coordinate resources for timely and cost-effective installation and completion • Provide work direction to subcontractors, electrical installers, technicians, designers, and administrative staff • Complete hardware installation and software programming using established standards • Manage loading, device verification, and commissioning of system controllers • Validate complete system functionality and resolve issues with subcontractors and others • Provide accurate project as-built and commissioning documentation • Coach, mentor, and provide technical assistance to less experienced team members • Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal legal requirements and safety standards • Assist with material selection, ordering, budgeting, and delivery scheduling • Communicate project status to management and assist with monthly revenue, cost, and gross-margin forecasts • Conduct site-specific owner/operator training and provide system documentation and manuals • Adhere to safety standards and local and national security and fire codes • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of field experience in the commercial or industrial Electronic Security industry • Technical, hands-on experience with systems design, commissioning and/or programming of Electronic Security Systems • Ability to communicate technical material to a nontechnical audience • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general Windows environment • Ability to obtain and maintain required government security clearances as needed, including background/character, criminal history, employment, and credit checks • Technical proficiency working with fiber and networks • Experience working with commercial Electronic Security Systems, including SoftwareHouse C•CURE 9000, Lenel, Genetec, Bosch BVMS, etc. • Lenel and Vindicator preferred • Lenel programming experience • Experience managing or leading security-related projects and associated teams • Electronics certification from an accredited technical school preferred • Lenel certification preferred
