📋 Description

• Build full-stack AI-powered applications, including internal tools, client-facing prototypes, and integration accelerators, on 2-to-4-week sprint cycles • Take PoC Blueprint Handoffs from the Innovation Crew through production deployment, operation, and handoff • Build production-quality interfaces and services from wireframes through polished applications • Support frontend and UX quality using shared component libraries and design systems • Translate validated architectures, Power Agents integrations, vector database hooks, and agent workflow patterns into production applications • Build evaluation harnesses and observability instrumentation for inspectable AI behavior • Consume Power Agents and Agent Skills Registry modules and surface Intelligence layer capabilities through user-facing applications • Integrate applications with Snowflake, internal APIs, and the API Gateway • Embed AppSec, Data Governance, PII handling, and OEM data requirements into designs • Participate in Gate 2 technical scoping, effort estimation, dependency identification, and success-criteria definition • Deploy outputs, confirm operational availability, and execute clean handoffs to maintaining engineering teams • Contribute technology evaluations to the Emerging Technology Radar and propose Architecture Decision Records • Conduct lightweight user testing with business unit partners

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio of shipped, production AI applications used by real users • Full-stack engineering depth • Frontend proficiency; React preferred • Backend experience across REST and/or GraphQL • Authentication patterns and cloud-native service architecture • Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks or LLM APIs, including LangChain, LlamaIndex, Anthropic, OpenAI, or equivalent • Experience with RAG patterns and streaming responses • Experience building intuitive AI interfaces • Experience with eval harness design and LLM observability is valued • Experience with Langfuse, LangSmith, Braintrust, or equivalent is valued • Experience with multi-model routing and cost optimization using LiteLLM, Portkey, or equivalent is valued • Data platform experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or equivalent is valued • Security basics including PII handling, secrets management, prompt injection defense, and API audit logging • Strong product intuition and ability to write design docs and run postmortems • JD Power internal platform, data infrastructure, or product ecosystem familiarity is valued • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country where employment is offered • JD Power does not provide employment sponsorship for this position
