📋 Description

• Support the implementation and ongoing managed services for CX programs • Support questionnaire design, sample programming, data processing specifications, and reporting platforms • Develop reports and client presentations • Deliver customized analysis and respond to client requests • Support planning and execution of regular client meetings • Support financial management activities for assigned projects • Coordinate multiple project tasks simultaneously with limited supervision • Validate data integrity for research projects • Ensure accuracy of client deliverables • Establish professional working relationships within the department, other departments, and clients • Support and promote the company's Code of Business Ethics, Company Values, and Leadership Attributes

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of related work experience required • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical reasoning, and decision-making skills • Experience with qualitative and quantitative analysis • Experience with online reputation management preferred but not required • Proven leadership abilities, accountability, and initiative • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities • Sense of urgency to meet goals, objectives, and deadlines • Experience with questionnaire design, analysis planning, data interpretation, and reporting • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook • Proficiency in SPSS and Excel preferred • Analytical and writing skills preferred • Familiarity with CX and survey platforms such as Qualtrics and reporting environments preferred • BA/BS degree from a four-year college or university
