📋 Description

• Develop and execute the global procurement and sourcing strategy aligned with corporate objectives • Lead sourcing for technology, software, and professional services, including enterprise systems, SaaS, and infrastructure contracts • Build and manage relationships with key suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing, performance, and compliance • Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, and Business Operations to optimize supplier lifecycle management and risk mitigation • Establish category management frameworks and performance KPIs for cost, quality, and delivery • Drive adoption of procurement best practices across regions, ensuring consistency while allowing local flexibility • Oversee global RFP processes, contract negotiations, and renewal strategies • Support procurement governance, supplier diversity initiatives, and ESG sourcing goals • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of sourcing professionals

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management • At least 5 years in a leadership role • Proven experience managing global or multi-region procurement, ideally with exposure to European markets • Strong background in IT/software procurement, including SaaS, enterprise systems, licensing, and managed services • Demonstrated success in contract negotiation, cost optimization, and supplier performance management • Strong business acumen and cross-functional collaboration skills • Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven or global enterprise environment preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country where employment is offered • JD Power does not provide employment sponsorship for this position
