📋 Description

• Present and sell company products and sales programs • Build and maintain customer contacts within the assigned territory to drive top-line growth • Develop, track, and maintain an open opportunity pipeline with regular status and closing-action reports • Prepare sales plans and call schedules based on provided data and market opportunities • Analyze the competitive landscape and craft strategies to position JELD-WEN effectively • Train and support customer sales associates on selling JELD-WEN products and services • Develop and communicate product feature benefits to store associates, pro outside salespeople, and end customers • Visit stores regularly to address associate and management concerns, conduct training, and maintain or identify issues with displays and fixturing • Travel in support of sales, training, and service management

🎯 Requirements

• Must live in the state of Washington • Ability to read blueprints • Knowledge to perform window and door take-offs • Detailed understanding of the Lowe’s and Home Depot inside and outside sales organizations • Window / Door knowledge is a plus • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Customer Relationship Management Software, Electronic Pricing Catalog, electronic pricing methods such as Paradigm, Expense Reporting Program, and Internet Web Browser • Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume • Ability to apply basic algebra and geometry • Comfortable working with hand tools to maintain in-store displays and POP • Ability and willingness to travel 50%+ • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or minimum of five years related sales experience and/or training, preferably in the window and door industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience
