📋 Description

• Utilize the Visual Remote Assistance (VRA) application to communicate and understand product or installation issues • Resolve customer issues or identify necessary parts to resolve issues • Write detailed reports of virtual appointments • Provide virtual support for field technician questions • Report systemic product issues to the respective manufacturing entity • Audit newly created Field Service Tasks • Assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures for Site Services • Research product information • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of High School diploma or GED required • Extensive field service experience required • Previous experience with Titan and Salesforce operating platforms preferred • Extensive knowledge of Jeld-Wen products • Ability to capture accurate measurements of products and installation • Ability to audit work orders to ensure correct crew size and job durations • Ability to identify and communicate potential safety concerns • Professional communication skills • Team player • Ability to work remotely without supervision • Ability to understand and apply JELD-WEN Policies and Procedures • Microsoft Office skills
