📋 Description

• Own the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis, including reporting, process improvement, and simplification • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews and build executive-facing performance narratives • Present financial and operating results to the leadership team and support strategic decisions, capital allocation, and ROI evaluation • Partner with department leads on planning assumptions, FP&A alignment, analysis, and ad hoc reporting • Analyze complex data across business segments and communicate concise insights to stakeholders • Perform monthly financial analysis on key metrics and financial drivers • Support presentation materials for executive meetings • Fulfill ad hoc and regular requests to drive corporate performance and decision-making • Lead financial due diligence and internal financial reporting, translating findings into executive recommendations • Own FP&A systems and reporting infrastructure, identifying opportunities for automation, tooling, and process redesign • Ensure financial process controls and discipline align with financial accounting • Set standards for company-wide financial performance reporting and analysis, including P&L variance and CapEx

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of progressive senior FP&A experience • Deep finance analysis, modeling, and decision-making capabilities • Proven leadership skills • High competency in financial accounting and GAAP • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Looker, Salesforce, Intacct, Pigment, or other planning software • Remote residence in one of AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MI, MN, NC, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI
