📋 Description

• Embed within one of Jerry's core business areas: growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships • Own the analytical function for the assigned business unit end-to-end • Define the business problems, questions, and decisions that analyses should address • Define metrics and build reports • Run analyses and design experiments • Surface insights that improve key team metrics • Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts • Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and recommended next steps • Drive decisions and execute initiatives through to measurable outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company • Strong analytical skills • Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact • Clear, persuasive communication skills with ability to influence leadership-level decisions • First-principles problem-solving ability • Comfortable with SQL or Python • Experience with defining metrics, building reports, running analyses, and designing experiments • Experience communicating complex findings to skeptical stakeholders • Full-time salaried applicants must currently reside in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
