📋 Description

• Own the analytical function end-to-end for an embedded business unit in growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships • Define business problems, clarify the questions analysis should answer, and identify the decisions it will inform • Define metrics and build reports • Run analyses and design experiments • Surface data insights that move key team metrics • Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts • Explain what is happening and why, and recommend next steps • Drive decisions and execute initiatives through to completion

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company • Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact • Clear, persuasive communication skills and ability to influence decisions at the leadership level • Comfortable with SQL or Python • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada • Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada • Proficiency with SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub
