📋 Description

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok • Develop Jerry's community-specific engagement playbook, including when to post, reply, or stay silent • Grow Jerry's subreddits into active, trusted communities • Build scalable content and engagement strategies while preserving authenticity and leveraging AI where useful • Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to maintain cross-channel consistency • Measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation • Represent Jerry authentically and build trust with current and future users

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social • Experience ideally in fintech, insurtech, or another consumer-facing and/or regulated category • Native familiarity with Reddit, TikTok, and Quora cultures • Ability to write authentically and avoid corporate-speak • Understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources • Proven ability to make boring or stressful categories feel human, authentic, and worth following • Ability to build systems and scalable engagement strategies • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada • Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada
