📋 Description

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok • Develop Jerry's community playbook for posting, replying, and engagement decisions • Grow Jerry’s subreddits into active, trusted communities • Build scalable content and engagement strategies while preserving authenticity and leveraging AI where useful • Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to maintain consistency across channels • Measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation • Represent Jerry authentically and build trust with current and future users

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in community management or organic social • Ideally experience in fintech, insurtech, or another consumer-facing and/or regulated category • Platform-native writing style suited to Reddit, TikTok, and Quora • Understanding of SEO • Understanding of how LLMs cite sources • Proven ability to make boring or stressful categories feel human, authentic, and worth following • Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada • Required LinkedIn profile URL, resume, and social media work sample
