📋 Description

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok • Develop Jerry's community playbook covering when to post, reply, or stay silent on each platform • Grow Jerry's subreddits into active, trusted communities • Build scalable content and engagement strategies while preserving authenticity and leveraging AI where useful • Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to maintain consistency across channels • Measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation • Represent Jerry authentically and build trust with current and future users

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social • Ideally experience in fintech, insurtech, another consumer-facing category, and/or a regulated category • Platform-native writing style suited to Reddit, TikTok, and Quora • Ability to provide genuine value and build trust in online communities • Strategic ability to build systems and scalable processes • Understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources • Proven ability to make boring or stressful categories feel human, authentic, and worth following • Must currently reside in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada • Must be able to work as a full-time salaried employee • Reddit background and experience driving professional organic growth/community marketing requested in the application
