📋 Description

• Respond to inbound calls from existing customers • Process service requests, including adding or removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, and sending policy documents • Answer questions about existing insurance policies, coverages, and policy benefits • Make changes to existing policies • Retain Jerry policyholders by finding solutions for customers at risk of cancellation • Work with Jerry’s portfolio of 55+ insurance carrier partners to support customer needs

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities • Passion for helping others • 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment • P&C license expected within 60 days after starting • Must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA
