📋 Description

• Embed within a core business area: growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships • Own the analytical function for the assigned business unit end-to-end • Define the business problems and clarify the decisions each analysis will inform • Define metrics and build reports • Run analyses and design experiments • Surface insights that improve key team metrics • Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts • Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and the appropriate next steps • Drive initiatives through execution and measurable outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company • Strong analytical skills • Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact • Clear, persuasive communication skills • Ability to influence decisions at the leadership level • Comfortable with SQL or Python • Ability to break ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses • Experience defining metrics, building reports, running analyses, and designing experiments • Experience using ClickHouse SQL, Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub • Must currently reside in one of the eligible U.S. states or Ontario, Canada • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada
