📋 Description

• Own the analytical function end-to-end for an embedded business unit in growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships • Define the business problems, questions, and decisions that analysis should address • Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments • Surface data insights that move key business metrics • Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations counterparts • Explain what is happening and why, and recommend next steps • Drive initiatives from insight through execution and measurable outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company • Strong analytical skills • Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact • Clear, persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence leadership-level decisions • Comfortable with SQL or Python • Ability to break ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses before working with data • Experience defining metrics, building reports, running analyses, and designing experiments • Experience with SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub • Must currently reside in one of the listed eligible U.S. states or Ontario, Canada • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada is required by the application form
