📋 Description

• Embed within Growth Marketing, Product Development, AI & Automation, or Strategic Partnerships • Own the analytical function for the assigned business unit end-to-end • Define business problems, questions, and decisions before conducting analysis • Define metrics and build reports • Run analyses and design experiments • Surface insights that move key business metrics • Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts • Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and recommended next steps • Drive decisions and execute initiatives through to completion • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth from 5M to 50M customers and expansion into adjacent asset-management verticals

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company • Strong analytical skills • Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact • Clear, persuasive communication skills • Ability to influence decisions at the leadership level • Comfortable with SQL or Python • Experience with SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub • Must currently reside in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada • Full-time salaried employment only for this role
