📋 Description

• Help customers manage their car and home insurance needs • Take great care of customers by identifying coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and renewal increases • Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies • Assist policyholders with policy changes • Learn the insurance product and match customers with appropriate insurance companies • Learn and navigate Jerry.ai’s evolving app • Solve problems and remove barriers to obtaining appropriate coverage • Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents • Provide product feedback and help improve the product • Determine sales or service path through the interview process

🎯 Requirements

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required • Friendly and positive attitude • Willingness to work as a team • Strong work ethic • Strong problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills • Must currently reside in an eligible hiring location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada for full-time salaried employees; AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for full-time hourly employees • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Must answer whether visa sponsorship will be required • P&C license status requested; the company pays for the license if the candidate does not have one yet
